New Submission / Draft
Submissions are made in the categories listed below,
and are requested to be in the proposed structural form.
Submissions can be made by either composing the draft and
submitting it online from this website,
or by uploading a prepared document file.
Select the Submission Category, Research Type (for spoken papers and posters),
and Text Input Form in the below list, and click the Enter button.
You'll be guided to the corresponding submission page.
See also the notes below the selection box.
Notes
As to provide fair opportunities for the presenters,
we recommend (though not impose) each person to make only
one submission for each category
(spoken/ poster/ symposium/ workshop/ demonstration).
A warning box will appear above the list of
Your Submissions
if there are multiple submissions for the same category.
Submission Items and Forms
The submission pages have common input items for title, author(s) (or speaker(s)),
topic area selection and keywords,
followed by specific input forms for the abstract text.
We recommend submission by (formatted) online drafts,
as the submission will have a uniform, structured style;
and easily accessible for the reviewers.
In formatted drafts, the text input windows are separated by section headings;
while in free-format drafts,
the entire abstract is entered in a single text window.
Feel free to try out the forms in the actual input pages.
For those who wish to upload their document files created with WORD,
template WORD files can be obtained in the individual submission pages.
Submissions will be reviewed by a board of reviewers in a
single-blind manner.
Symposium Proposal
Symposium proposals can be submitted only by the symposium organizer.
Seen the other way around, the proposal submitter automatically becomes the organizer.
The symposium organizer is responsible for making necessary contact with the
designated participants (speakers and discussants),
and monitor that all position papers are submitted in due time.
Symposium Position Papers (Spoken presentation as a part of symposium)
Submission of position papers by symposium speakers can be
made only with the invitation from the symposium organizer;
i.e. that the organizer registers your name & email address
in the symposium proposal.
If properly registered,
the Symposium Participation section will be shown.
Click the Enter button to submit your position paper.
If no such entry can be found, please inquire your symposium organizer
(possible cause of error is email address mismatch).
You can also create a spoken paper/poster submission beforehand,
and later convert it to a position paper.
By clicking the Enter button in the
Symposium Participation section,
you'll be asked whether you wish to convert you spoken paper or poster submission
into a symposium position paper submission.
