MIKAWA Masahiko (Professor) : Robotics, Interface, Robot vision
My research is focused on intelligent systems and interfaces made use of robotics to realize smooth interactions between human and human, or human and machine through a network. Important functions for such interactions are not only making good use of sound and image information but also cooperation between motions of human or robots in a real-world, such as indicating, touching and moving objects, and perceiving the motions.
