Human Information Interaction
MAESHIRO Tetsuya (Professor) : Knowledge Structure and Manipulation, Computational Biology
I research on structural properties, complexities of relationships and representation of diverse entities and phenomena from the standpoint of connections among elements. Main research targets are Knowledge and Biology. Research topics include analysis of knowledge structure and representation methods, adaptive information representation, analysis and prediction based on high speed simulation of complex interactions among biological molecules, and representation of biological knowledge applied for biological studies.
