YU Haitao (Associate Professor) : Intelligent Information Science ・ Retrieval-Augmented Generation
Facing the era of generative AI, the development of new technologies are becoming quite essential in order to fulfill the information needs during our daily life. My research focuses on developing more effective algorithms for information retrieval, and designing more accurate evaluation strategies for effectively testing the state-of-the-art retrieval algorithms. Moreover, I am also interested in developing novel information retrieval approaches by making full use of the LLM-oriented technique.
