XU Zhelin (Specially Appointed Assistant Professor) : Recommender System, Machine Learning, Large Language Models
My research aims to develop recommendation systems that help users efficiently obtain valuable information from large-scale data. In particular, I focus on developing and evaluating systems using publicly available datasets such as MovieLens and the Amazon Review Dataset, addressing diverse aspects such as accuracy, serendipity, novelty, and diversity. More recently, I have also been exploring approaches that leverage large language models (LLM) as well as user feedback to create systems that better adapt to individual needs.
